ENGAGE
We facilitate engagement within the FMC in order to be more effective in ministering in a cross-cultural context.
EQUIP
Through conferences, workshops, mentoring and other learning opportunities we support and equip our members to be effective leaders within our denomination and the global community. Furthermore, we seek to equip the broader FMC community with the tools and knowledge necessary to operate in communities of color.
EMPOWER
We empower our members with opportunities and support to serve as resource leaders within the FMC, in order to empower the denomination to become more effective in discipling, serving cross-culturally, and ministering the gospel with cultural authenticity.
